Nuboaix offers free domestic shipping to addresses within Singapore.
Customers will be notified once their package is ready for delivery and can expect to receive it in the following 1-3 business days.

International

Nuboaix delivers worldwide via international shipping.
Shipping options including cost and delivery timelines will be listed during the checkout process.

Prevailing custom and import duties may be levied on international shipments, depending on the local custom office/process of the destination country.
Kindly note that any extra fees incurred is the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

Please note the below on the returns acceptance process:

• All returns will need to be first requested/applied via Contact Us. Otherwise, we will not be able to process a refund.
• Kindly state the date of purchase, order reference number, and return reason.
• We accept returns requested within 7 calendar days of receiving your delivery.
• Products should be in brand new condition, unworn with original tag attached. Otherwise, the purchase stands and no refund will be issued.
• Do note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Kindly arrange for the return package to be sent within 3 calendar days of the return confirmation from us.
• Nuboaix will not be liable for any lost or stolen packages in the midst of return shipment.
• We will inspect the returns within 3 calendar days of receiving the package, before proceeding with the refund.
• Customers will be informed should the returned product fail our inspection for any/various reasons.
• The refund will be based on the full amount you have paid, minus the original shipping cost.

Please note the below on the exchange acceptance process:

• Exchanges are only accepted for domestic orders at this time.
• We can only exchange to the same product; meaning if there was a manufacturing defect or sizing issue.
• All exchanges will need to be first requested/applied via Contact Us. Otherwise, we will not be able to processed an exchange.
• Kindly state the date of purchase, order reference number, exchange reason.
• We accept exchanges requested within 7 calendar days of receiving your delivery.
• Products should be in brand new condition, unworn with original tag attached. Otherwise, the purchase stands and the exchange request will be rejected.
• Exchange request acceptance is subjected to availability of the replacement stock/size. Otherwise, a refund will be processed in place.
• Do note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Kindly arrange for the return package to be sent within 3 calendar days of the exchange confirmation from us.
• Nuboaix will not be liable for any lost or stolen packages in the midst of return shipment.
